Author Guidelines

PREPARATION

Prepare Your Manuscript

Following these guidelines ensures that your manuscript is reviewed quickly and published without formatting delays.

1
General Instructions

Manuscripts must be submitted in English. The text should be grammatically correct and free from typographical errors.

  • Authors must ensure that the work is entirely their own original creation.
  • The manuscript must not have been previously published or be under consideration elsewhere.
  • Please submit the source file (Microsoft Word `.doc` or `.docx`). PDF files alone are not acceptable for final typesetting.

2
Formatting Rules

Font & Size

Times New Roman, 12pt for main text. 14pt bold for headings.

Spacing

1.5 line spacing throughout the manuscript, including abstracts.

Margins

Standard 1-inch (2.54 cm) margins on all sides (top, bottom, left, right).

Figures & Tables

Centered, numbered consecutively, with descriptive captions below.

3
Manuscript Structure

Title: Concise and informative. Avoid abbreviations.

Authors: Full names, affiliations, and contact email of the corresponding author.

Abstract: A summary of 150-250 words detailing the research objectives, methodology, and key findings. Provide 4-6 keywords immediately below.

Should generally follow the standard IMRAD format: Introduction, Methods, Results, and Discussion. Headings should be clearly defined and numbered if necessary (e.g., 1. Introduction, 1.1 Background).

We prefer the APA (American Psychological Association) referencing style. Ensure that all citations in the text match the reference list exactly. Use DOIs where available.

4
Plagiarism Policy

Zero Tolerance Policy

TEQ Publications strictly monitors plagiarism. All manuscripts undergo a similarity check using industry-standard software before peer-review. The similarity index must be strictly below 10%. Manuscripts exceeding this threshold will be immediately rejected or sent back to the authors for revision.
