Frequently Asked Questions

How can we help you?

Find answers to the most common questions about publishing, peer-review, and our editorial policies.

Publishing & Submission

You can submit your manuscript through our online submission portal by navigating to the "Submit Book Chapter or Book" page. Please ensure your manuscript follows our author guidelines before uploading.

We currently accept Microsoft Word documents (.doc, .docx). Please do not submit your primary manuscript file as a PDF, though supplementary materials can be in PDF or image formats.

No. Simultaneous submissions are strictly against our publishing ethics. Your manuscript must not be under consideration by any other publisher while it is being reviewed by TEQ Publications.

Peer-Review Process

Our standard double-blind peer-review process typically takes between 3 to 6 weeks, depending on the complexity of the manuscript and the availability of reviewers in your specific field.

A double-blind peer review means that the identities of both the authors and the reviewers are kept hidden from each other during the review process. This ensures unbiased and objective evaluation of the research.

Open Access & Fees

Yes, as an Open Access publisher, we charge an Article Processing Charge (APC) to cover the costs of peer review, typesetting, server maintenance, and indexing. The fee is only payable after your manuscript is accepted.

You do. Authors retain full copyright of their work. The articles are published under a Creative Commons Attribution License, meaning others can read, download, and cite your work freely, provided they give appropriate credit.
