Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Article Processing Charges (APC)

TEQ Publications operates under an Open Access model. Publication fees (Article Processing Charges or APC) are required only after a manuscript has been rigorously peer-reviewed and officially accepted for publication. No fees are charged at the time of initial submission.

2. Refund Conditions

We strive to ensure the highest quality of publication. Refunds for APC or any other publication fees will only be considered under the following strictly defined circumstances:

• Multiple Payments: If a payment is accidentally made more than once for the same manuscript, the duplicate amount will be refunded in full.
• Pre-Publication Withdrawal: If authors wish to withdraw their manuscript before the final typesetting and formatting phase begins, a partial refund may be granted, minus administrative and peer-review processing fees.
• Post-Publication: Once an article or book has been published online and assigned a DOI/ISBN, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances, as the publication process is considered complete.

3. How to Request a Refund

All refund requests must be submitted in writing. Please email your request to our billing department outlining the reason for the refund, along with your manuscript ID and transaction receipt.

4. Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 7 to 14 business days. The refunded amount will be credited back to the original method of payment used during the transaction. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund to your account.

5. Modifications

TEQ Publications reserves the right to modify this Cancellation & Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be updated on this page immediately.
